Brad Greiwe is Co-founder and Managing Partner at Fifth Wall. Brad is also a Co-founder of Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), a multi-billion dollar owner and operator of single family rental properties originally backed by The Blackstone Group.
He previously served as CTO and developed a proprietary technology stack to support the valuation, acquisition, rehabilitation, leasing, and professional management of over 80,000 homes in 17 major markets, serving 120,000 residents across the U.S. and helped Invitation Homes become the most dominant technology-forward brand in the single family rental category. Brad started his career at UBS Investment Bank in the real estate, lodging, and leisure group where he worked on over $33 billion of M&A advisory work and $1 billion of debt and equity financings including the Hilton Hotels $26 billion sale to The Blackstone Group, the largest hotel privatization in history. He then worked in real estate private equity at Tishman Speyer and Starwood Capital where he executed over $30 billion of acquisitions, debt financings and development projects.
Brad is originally from Cincinnati, OH, lives in San Francisco, CA, and graduated from Harvard University where he received his BA in economics.


Brendan Wallace is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Fifth Wall.
Brendan was Co-founder & CEO of Identified, a data & analytics company focused on workforce optimization that raised $33 million of venture capital and was acquired by Workday (WDAY) in 2014. Brendan co-founded Cabify, the largest ridesharing service in Latin America. Brendan has been an active angel investor and manages one of the largest syndicates on AngelList, having led over 60 angel investments including Bonobos, Dollar Shave Club, Lyft, SpaceX, Clutter, Philz Coffee and Zenefits.
Brendan started his career at Goldman Sachs in investment banking in the real estate, hospitality, and gaming group where he worked on $22 billion in M&A Advisory work. Brendan also worked at Goldman Sachs’ CMBS and structured finance group where he worked on over $10 billion in commercial real estate debt originations and securitizations. He then worked at The Blackstone Group in real estate private equity where he worked on the $26 billion acquisition of Hilton Hotels and the $39 billion buyout of Equity Office Properties, the 3rd largest leveraged buyout in history.
Brendan is from New York, NY, and graduated from Princeton University where he received his BA in political science and economics. Brendan received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Andriy is a Managing Partner and COO at Fifth Wall.
Previously, Andriy was a Principal and member of the founding team of Evergreen Coast Capital, a technology focused private equity group of Elliott Management Corporation. Prior to Evergreen Coast Capital, Andriy was a Vice President at The Gores Group, an operationally focused private equity fund, and before The Gores Group, Andriy was CFO of Identified, a data and analytics company focused on workforce optimization that raised $33 million of venture capital and was acquired by Workday (NYSE: WDAY) in 2014.
Andriy started his career at Morgan Stanley in the global industrials investment banking group. He then worked as an Associate at Francisco Partners, a technology focused private equity firm.
Andriy grew up in New York City and is originally from Ukraine. He graduated with honors from Princeton University where he studied at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Andriy received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Natalie oversees partnerships for LPs and portfolio companies, as well as marketing and brand strategy.
Previously, Natalie was Vice President of Digital Strategy and Partnerships at ID, where she built and ran digital partnerships and strategy for consumer and entertainment brands, and talent.
Natalie started her career as a trend forecaster and connector, bringing together innovators and creating new ecosystems across technology, entertainment, media and consumer brands. She’s been honored as one of The Hollywood Reporter’s 35 under 35, Fast Company's MCP1000, Variety's New Leaders, and Forbes 30 Under 30, among many other accolades.
Natalie grew up just outside of Washington, DC in Virginia and lives in Los Angeles. She has worked with a variety of philanthropic organizations including Stand Up To Cancer, JPHRO & Omaze and currently co-chairs the NextGen board of the Motion Picture Television Fund.

K.C. oversees relationships with Anchors, Strategic LPs and portfolio companies
K.C. joins Fifth Wall from McKinsey & Company where he was an Associate Partner in the Los Angeles office. He served clients across a range of industries and functions. Over the past few years, he spent most of his time leading transformations for consumer and retail clients. In addition, K.C. was a founding member of a new solution at McKinsey to deliver advanced analytics insights to real estate owners and their tenants.
Prior to McKinsey, he worked at Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management business, including two years on the management team in New York.
K.C. was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up nearby. He graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Economics and received his MBA from UCLA Anderson.


Roelof Opperman is a Principal at Fifth Wall, a Los Angeles-based venture capital fund.
Previously, Roelof worked at Norwest Venture Partners where he was part of the Growth Equity team, focusing on investments in SaaS and enterprise software, cloud and IT infrastructure, internet, and technology-enabled business services sectors. He was actively involved with Norwest’s investments in Avetta, Medgate, and Infutor. Roelof was also a member of the deal team that completed Medgate’s acquisitions of regAction and IQS. Before joining Norwest, Roelof was a Senior Analyst with Evercore Partners’ Technology investment banking group based in Menlo Park. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Bridgewater Associates.
Roelof is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Emory University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Vik Chawla is a Principal at Fifth Wall.
Previously, Vik was an investment associate at Echelon Asset Management, a special situations fixed income hedge fund focused on the non-bank lending asset class, where he led the firm’s fundamental due diligence processes.
Vik began his career at The Blackstone Group where he worked on advisory transactions spanning the energy, real estate, and financial services spaces.
Vik is from Danville, CA, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he received his BS in economics with concentrations in finance & statistics and a minor in mathematics. Vik additionally co-founded the Kairos Society, the largest and most recognized global network of entrepreneurs under the age of 25, during his years as an undergraduate.


Kevin Campos is a Principal at Fifth Wall.
Previously Kevin was Chief Retail Officer for Combatant Gentlemen, a digitally-native, direct-to-consumer menswear brand. He built and led three divisions, focused on omnichannel growth.
Prior to that, Kevin was a member of the Retail investment team at Golden Gate Capital ($15B AUM), a private equity firm where he helped best-in-class management scale established brands. His portfolio totaled over $1 billion in enterprise value. Kevin also served as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company advising technology, media, and investment fund clients.
Kevin is from Los Angeles, CA and graduated from Princeton University where he earned his BA at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and received the R.W. van de Velde award.


Dan Wenhold is a Principal at Fifth Wall.
Previously, Dan was the Director of Retail at The Black Tux, a direct-to-consumer, men’s formalwear brand that has raised over $50 million in growth capital. Dan joined The Black Tux in 2013 as one of the company’s first full-time employees and oversaw the brand’s offline expansion into brick & mortar. Dan was responsible for both retail strategy and operations and opened the company’s first five physical stores.
Prior to that, Dan was at Battery Ventures where he was focused on investing in early emerging and growth stage consumer businesses. Dan started his career as an Analyst with Robert W. Baird’s technology investment banking group in Palo Alto.
Dan is originally from Chicago, IL, and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received his BS in Finance.


Joe is a VP of Finance at Fifth Wall.
Previously, Joe was a Senior Manager of Finance at Vista Equity Partners, a software and technology focused private equity firm, where he oversaw the finance and accounting of middle-market buyout funds. Prior to Vista, he was a Manager at Standish Management, a fund administrator focused on venture capital. He also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, auditing asset management and banking sectors.
Joe grew up in Chicago and is originally from South Korea. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received his BA in Finance and later received his Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a CPA and a CFA charterholder.


Joe Wang is a Vice President at Fifth Wall focused on value creation and innovation engagements for Anchor LPs, Strategic LPs, and Portfolio Companies.
Previously, Joe was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he was based out of the New Jersey and Los Angeles offices. He led teams in the Private Equity and Principal Investors practice focused on investment due diligence and growth equity, as well as McKinsey’s Recovery and Transformation Services (RTS) practice where he led executive teams through distressed turnaround and good-to-great corporate transformations. In addition, Joe pioneered the firm’s rapid diligence techniques for commercial transformation in consumer and retail clients, and was a founding member of a venture-seeded geospatial analytics platform at McKinsey that delivers real-time insights to real estate owners and their tenants.
Joe is originally from Los Angeles, CA and graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he received his B.S. in Economics with a Finance Concentration. He also graduated magna cum laude from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania where he received his B.A. in Biology.


Adam Demuyakor is a Senior Associate at Fifth Wall.
Previously, Adam worked at Andreessen Horowitz focusing on investments in SaaS, marketplaces, and enterprise software companies.
Adam started his career at Morgan Stanley in the real estate private equity and banking groups, where he covered many of the largest REITs and real estate companies in the industry. He next worked as an investor focused on credit and market strategies at The Carlyle Group and subsequently in the long/short hedge fund, Emerging Sovereign Group.
Adam is from Buford, GA, and graduated with high honors from Harvard College where he studied sociology and economics. He also received his MBA from Harvard Business School.


Michael is an Investment Professional at Fifth Wall. Previously, Michael worked at Velos Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investments in early-stage consumer technology companies.
Michael is from Bethesda, MD, lives in Santa Monica, CA, and graduated from Harvard University where he received his BA in economics.


Luke is an Investment Professional at Fifth Wall. Previously, Luke worked at PNC Bank in the Asset Management Group as an associate in the development program.
Luke is from Cincinnati, OH, lives in Venice, CA, and graduated from Georgetown University where he received his BSBA in finance and economics from the McDonough School of Business.


Kate is an Investment Professional at Fifth Wall. Previously, Kate was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Diversified Industries Group in New York.

Charlotte is an Investment Professional at Fifth Wall. Previously, Charlotte was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Group at Deutsche Bank in New York.
Charlotte is from Concord, MA and lives in Santa Monica, CA. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Washington and Lee where she received her BA in Economics.


Josh is an Investment Professional at Fifth Wall. Previously, Josh was an analyst in Centerview Partners’ Technology Group based in Palo Alto, CA. Before joining Centerview, he was an analyst in Guggenheim Partners’ Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group based in New York.
Josh is originally from Los Angeles, CA and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received his BA in Economics and a minor in Consumer Psychology.
Kate is an Associate Strategist at Fifth Wall, focusing on strategic partnerships on behalf of our portfolio companies and anchor investors, as well as managing many of Fifth Wall’s content marketing efforts. Previously, Kate worked at WME | IMG in both the Television and Communications departments.
Kate is from Richmond, Virginia and lives in Beverly Hills, CA. She graduated from UCLA with a BA in European Studies and was a member of their women’s Division I Swimming & Diving team.
